When our founder started Four Seasons, he didn't begin with a system — he began with people. He listened closely to clients, observed how trends evolved, and understood that even the smallest disruption could break trust. He believed systems should never exist to serve the company alone — they should be shaped around the people they serve. He often said: "Don't assume what the customer wants. Ask again. Begin again. Build it better." That belief became the foundation of our work: a market-oriented mindset, where our strength lies not in control, but in adaptability.
